This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on https://tuftpop.com.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped or moved into production.

2. Cancellation Not Allowed
Cancellation may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The order has already been shipped
- The product has moved into production
- The product is custom-made or made-to-order
- The product is personalized or specially requested
- The product is a sale or clearance item marked as non-cancellable
- Cancellation is restricted on the product page
3. Cancellation by TUFT POP
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing error
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Delivery location not serviceable by our logistics partners
- Operational or unavoidable issues
If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the eligible refund will be processed as per this policy.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Valid order cancellation before shipment or production
- Return of an eligible product within the return window
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification
- Order cancelled by TUFT POP after payment has been received
- Duplicate or failed payment confirmed by the payment gateway or bank
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment method, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment gateway.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method used for the order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request bank account details or UPI details to process the refund.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, payment gateway charges, gift wrapping charges, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the cancellation or return is due to an error from our side.
8. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed, please contact us with the payment reference number and transaction details.
Such cases will be verified with the payment gateway or bank. Eligible refunds will be processed as per the applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.
9. Refund for Returned Products
For returned products, refund approval is subject to product inspection after we receive the returned item.
If the returned product is found unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition with required packaging, tags, labels, invoice, and accessories, the refund will be approved and processed.
If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be rejected.
