Return Policy

At TUFT POP, we take care to provide quality handmade hand-tufted rugs. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return as per this Return Policy.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, odour, dirt, pet hair, or signs of use
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, and accessories, if any

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom-made rugs
  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized products
  • Products made as per customer specifications
  • Selected sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, washing, cleaning, or storage
  • Items without original packaging, invoice, tags, or labels where applicable

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at support@tuftpop.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Registered phone number or email address
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Customers must ensure that the product is packed safely for return shipping. TUFT POP will not be responsible for damage caused during return transit due to improper packaging.

6. Product Inspection

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team.

If the product meets the return eligibility conditions, the refund will be approved and processed.

If the product is found used, damaged, washed, altered, stained, dirty, or not in original condition, the return may be rejected and the product may be sent back to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Refund After Return

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be made to the bank account or UPI details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

After verification, we may offer a refund, replacement, or suitable resolution depending on the case.

9. Handmade Product Variations

Our rugs are handmade, and minor variations in colour, size, texture, shape, and finishing may occur. Such variations are natural in handmade products and will not be considered defects.
