Shipping Policy

At TUFT POP, we aim to deliver your handmade hand-tufted rugs safely and within the estimated delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We serve most Indian pincodes through our courier and logistics partners.

International shipping is not currently available. We may introduce international shipping in the future.

2. Shipping Partners

We use third-party courier and logistics partners such as Blue Dart and other available shipping providers, depending on serviceability, delivery location, package size, and operational requirements.

3. Dispatch Time

Ready-to-dispatch products are usually dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation and payment confirmation.

Some handmade rugs or products requiring manufacturing may take up to 10 days before dispatch. The applicable dispatch timeline may be mentioned on the product page or communicated after order placement.

4. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 4 to 6 working days, depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, and operational conditions.

Delivery may take longer for remote areas, non-metro locations, public holidays, unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

We may offer both free shipping and paid shipping depending on the product, order value, delivery location, promotion, or shipping method.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the order status page, depending on availability.

Customers are responsible for tracking the order and being available to receive the shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their standard process. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, refused delivery, locked premises, or unreachable phone number, the shipment may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping such orders.

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email address at the time of order placement.

TUFT POP will not be responsible for delivery failure or delay caused due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you discover damage after accepting delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

10. Delays

While we try our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, natural events, regional restrictions, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

TUFT POP shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.
