2. Products
TUFT POP sells handmade hand-tufted rugs. Since our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, size, texture, pattern, shape, finishing, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately. However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and handmade production processes.
3. Orders
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Order acceptance is subject to product availability, payment confirmation, serviceability of your delivery location, and our internal verification checks.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or listing error
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Incorrect or incomplete customer details
- Non-serviceable delivery location
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
4. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on how they are displayed on the product page or checkout page.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, and shipping charges at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price charged at checkout will apply to that order.
5. Payments
We may accept payments through multiple payment methods displayed at checkout, including UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, Cash on Delivery, and bank transfer.
Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers such as Cashfree, PayU, or other authorized payment partners.
TUFT POP does not store your complete card details, UPI PIN, net banking password, wallet login details, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment information is processed securely by the respective payment gateway or payment service provider.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders and locations. We reserve the right to enable, disable, restrict, or cancel Cash on Delivery availability at our discretion.
For COD orders, customers are required to make payment at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship products across India using third-party courier and logistics partners such as Blue Dart and other available courier services.
Ready-to-dispatch products are generally dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation. Some handmade or made-to-manufacture items may require up to 10 days for manufacturing before dispatch.
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is generally 4 to 6 working days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and service availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped or moved into production.
Orders for custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or special production items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

9. Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, and accessories, where applicable.
Returned products must not show signs of use, stains, odour, damage, washing, alteration, or misuse.
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized items, and selected sale items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
10. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected by us.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request bank account details or UPI details to process the refund.
Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, or other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless the return or cancellation is due to an error from our side.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping and contact details
- Being available to receive the order
- Checking the product upon delivery
- Reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect products within the required timeline
- Returning products in original, unused, and undamaged condition where return is approved
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the brand name, logo, product images, product descriptions, graphics, design, text, layout, and other materials, belongs to TUFT POP or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
TUFT POP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Punjab, India, subject to applicable law.
